Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Service was not delivered as described
- Seller failed to deliver within agreed timeframe
- Service quality does not match listing description
- Seller is unresponsive after payment
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact the seller first to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, open a dispute through your order page
- Provide detailed explanation and evidence
- Admin team will review within 3-5 business days
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Service was delivered as described
- Buyer changed requirements after order acceptance
- Order has been completed and accepted
- Buyer provided incorrect information preventing delivery
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:
- Percentage of service completed
- Quality of delivered work
- Mutual agreement between buyer and seller
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Starts: Full refund available
After Work Starts: Refund subject to seller's completed work
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution through our platform may result in account suspension.
